From February 1st to March 3rd, my lovely friend Grace and I are on a whirlwind rail trip through Europe. I decided that this was the time I would finally, seriously, actually start blogging and stick with it.

Expect descriptions of food swirled in with rambling trains of thought, some tips, and tricks we learn along the way, all interspersed with the few pictures I remember to take. Since I’m trying to write a post for each day I’m leaving them unedited.
